Lisa is a Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. She has a thirst for knowledge about the human body, and how it works. Lisa is able to take this passion for learning and combine it with her life long experiences from competitive sports and her many years of professional cooking to help clients achieve the goals they have set for themselves and more. She is passionate about using correct form, proper technique and injury prevention in a fun environment. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Lisa provides her clients with knowledge, guidance, support, resources, skills and training so that her clients are able to do it for themselves. Regardless of our current conditioning, we are all able to achieve the goals that we have. With consistency and perserverance, anything is possible.
