Rates and Packages

Introductory Package  – This includes a 1 hour fitness assessment, and 3 – 60 minute training sessions. –$200.00

Fitness assessment – Your fitness assessment will include a comprehensive analysis of gait, posture, movement, flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance.  From this, a customized plan will be designed for you with your top goals a priority. -$60.00

 

1-1 sessions-60 minutes  $60.00
1-1 sessions-30 minutes  $35.00
2-1 sessions-60 minutes  $45.00/person

60 minute training sessions will include a full body workout targeting strength, core, flexibility, and cardio.
30 minute training sessions for those that are in a hurry.  These sessions focus on cardio, core, flexibility, and strength.
